Russ graduated from Teen Challenge in 2006. He has a background in supervisor skills in the aerospace industry and team leader in other fields and let drugs and alcohol destroy his life.

"Now that I've found the Lord, I'm delighted to serve Him at Willamette Valley Training Center. I had no idea what the Lord had planned for me and I'm loving it! James 5:13 says, 'And those who have reason to be thankful should continue singing praises to the Lord!' And that's what I am going to do!"

Intake Coordinator and Counselor

Bob has an AA in Drug and Counseling from Lane Community College and a BA in Bible from Central Bible College in Missouri. He has worked for Teen Challenge since 1995.

"These guys get a year; I'm here for life." "Believe in God and Trust Him" is what he counsels the men to believe.

Education Coordinator and Counselor

Bob graduated from Trinity Bible College in North Dakota in 1980. He owned an insurance agency and the last 6 years a Home and Lawn Care Service for realtors and mortgage companies. He was hired by Teen Challenge in December 2006.

Bob says, "I truly enjoy and look forward to coming to Teen Challenge each day and working with the students."

Mike ScottMike Scott
Auto Donation and Assembly Supervisor

Mike graduated from Teen Challenge in 2007, and stayed to become staff. He has many years experience as a mechanic and now manages the auto donation program as well as assembly work.

"Through the Teen Challenge program, the Lord changed and saved my life. He can save your life, too."

Evone MillerEvone Miller
Administrative Assistant, Event Planning and Community Development

Evone began life in Virginia. After receiving an AA in Social Services from Hesston College in Kansas, she married an Oregonian, moved to Albany, Oregon where they raised 3 children.

"I have enjoyed serving a local church while leading children, teen's and women's ministry teams. God placed me at WVTC in November, 2006, just prior to moving the men's program from Lebanon to Shedd."
