Pastor Kyle Randleman

My name is Kyle Randleman and I have recently become the Director of Training for the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute in Lebanon, Oregon.
I have two children that have been a major blessing to me and continue to show me each day the benefits of being a godly Father. Jesus and my kids provide daily motivation to live a Godly life.
I was born and raised in Colorado and yes, I am a huge Denver Broncos fan. After high school, I joined the Army for three years and afterwards found myself in Newport, Oregon. I spent a few years doing odd jobs and volunteering as a fireman. In 1994, I hit rock bottom with an alcohol addiction and enrolled in the Teen Challenge Lebanon Men’s Center.
After graduation I worked for Teen Challenge for a couple years, and then left the ministry to pursue a law enforcement career for the next seven years.
I knew I walked out of God’s will, but after seeking counsel, I returned to Teen Challenge to work as the Intake Coordinator for the Willamette Valley Men’s Center.
In July 2011, I was asked to be the Program Coordinator for the Willamette Valley Men's Center’s Phase III program, and in November I felt God moving me into the next chapter in my life. This new chapter is here at TCMI as the Director of Training.
"I came to Teen Challenge, found Jesus, and began a relationship with Him. I now do my part in showing our students the greatest commandment: Mark 12: 28-34. My goal is to show love and through that love allow people to see Christ in me."
