Theresa graduated from Teen Challenge in 2006, and in 2007 she moved to Oregon with her husband to study at TCMI. After graduating in 2009, Theresa joined the Teen Challenge staff.

Ralph Pueschel
Education and Outreach Coordinator
In 2005, Ralph was living a destructive lifestyle, out of control with meth and alcohol until Teen Challenge came into his life. The world had told him that he would always be an addict, but Teen Challenge showed Ralph that a relationship with Jesus Christ gives him a new start on life as a new person (2 Cor. 5:17).
Now, after graduating from TCMI, Ralph looks forward to giving back and helping others escape their destructive lifestyles.
Rachel Chappa
Intake Coordinator
My name is Rachel Chappa and I have been married for 6 years and have two little boys ages 5 and 9 months.
I started volunteering with the Eugene Womens Center over two years ago with a group called the Hannah's Helpers. This fun group has put together holiday parties, graduations and other volunteer events to support the women and their children here at the center. After several months of volunteering, God called me to work as a staff member at Hannah's House as the intake coordinator. It is a call to arms; working with women who decide to embrace help through Christ.
I witness constant growth in both students and staff members, and I consider it pure joy to be working with the students and their children here at Hannah's House.

I have lived in Eugene for almost three decades with my husband. We have a son at home, two grown daughters, and two grandchildren.
Hannah’s House has been on my heart for the past 3 years. I am glad to glorify God by serving the students and staff here!
