You are invited to share in our Teen Challenge Spring Banquet on June 23, 2012! It will be a great night filled with activity to inspire and bring hope. Our 2012 ministry theme is “Restoring Lives - Impacting Our Communities!” This year we plan to honor three important individuals in our community with the Teen Challenge - Gold Medal of Service Award. These are individuals who have impacted Teen Challenge in a big way.
You also will not want to miss our guest speaker Dr. John Shane - founder and CEO of New Hope Outreach Ministry (NHOM). Dr Shane has served as Pastor, Professor and now Missionary Evangelist. NHOM currently works with 10,000 orphan children in Russia, over 4,000 orphans in the Ukraine, widows in Sri Lanka, and John also leads an orphanage in Ethiopia. John was raised in a non-Christian abusive home! He has personally experienced abandonment and abuse through alcoholic parents. He was told he would never amount to anything, so he learned to hate. Then the miracle happened! Please make plans to hear how a hopeless person has helped so many!
